Chaudhry to appeal suspension

Suspended lawyer Rajendra Chaudhry has filed an appeal against the Independent Legal Services Commission.

Last week the Commission suspended Chaudhry for five years after he was found guilty of professional misconduct.

Chaudhry has confirmed to FBC News that an appeal was filed this morning.
