Sri Lankan Now In Control of Your Pension Fund

Folks use your retirement funds as best and as fast as you can NOW.

Not only is the national pension fund now under the control of Sri Lankan expat, Ajith Kodagoda, he is still an official representative of Sri Lanka and a migrant probably here on a temporary visa working for a private company.

What is to stop this individual from helping himself to your retirement funds and taking off soon after?

Once again we are presented with a case of total cluelessness of the treasonous military regime that never fails to amaze with their gross ineptitude.

Prasad steps down as FNPF Chairman

The chairman of the Fiji National Provident Fund Board, John Prasad, has stepped down from the position.

Prasad chairs the FNPF Board, in his capacity as the permanent secretary for the Finance Ministry.

He told One National News, his retiring from the position due to other work committments which he needs to focus more on.

The outgoing chair is being replaced by fellow board member, Sri-Lankan national Ajith Kodagoda.

Prasad was appointed to the position in June last year.

Keep Your Eyes On Geneva

Fiji's progress report on the state of play of our Human Rights record will be made public today.

The process can be viewed online via LIVE WEBCAST. Archived recordings are also apparently stored online if you miss it as Fiji's review will take place from 10-12pm today Geneva time.

As a preliminary heads up, available for download here is the rubbish that Fiji aims to present.

And we wholeheartedly take our hats off to Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch for their counter submissions consequently setting the record straight.

The people of Fiji can thank these folks who were supposedly representing your views via Fiji's treasonous submission (check it out on page 3).

In accordance with UPR principles, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Civil Aviation sought the views of relevant stakeholders for the drafting of this Report. A series of meetings took place and the following representatives participated:

Bainimarama Dangles Mahogany Carrot

Bainimarama is touring the Western division spinning the usual yarns about him and his treasonous lot.

He now dangles the carrot to the rural populace about how they will benefit from "their" initiatives on mahogany that will be given teeth via, you guessed it, a new illegal decree.

And yet under his watch, someone(s) has removed mahogany right from under their noses -- to the tune of about FJD$29,500.

Not a very convincing story for our rural communities. 

Folks work those communication lines back home to tell them what's really going on.
