The Only Guilty Parties Here Are Bainimarama and his Circle of Treasonous Terrorists

The court case involving Ratu Inoke Takiveikata and others (Fiji Intelligence Services Director Metuisela Mua, businessman Sivaniolo Naulago, and former CRW soldiers Feoko Gadekibau, Barbados Mills, Eparama Waqatairewa, Kaminieli Vosavere and Pauliasi Namulo) has just resulted in their being pronounced guilty by Injustice Paul Madigan of the High Court.

Intelligentsiya intentionally did not cover the proceedings as it was obvious that a kangaroo court was in session.

It is in fact Bainimarama who still remains to be tried for the deaths of CRW soldiers Selesitano Kalounivale, Jone Davui, Epineri Bainimoli and Lagani Rokowaqa in 2000.

We pause for a moment to pay particular homage to "Kangaroo Lawyer of the Year", the State Prosecutor for this case  --  David Toganivalu -- for his pearls of wisdom to the assessors yesterday:
"there will not always be direct evidence to find someone guilty...there was no need to corroborate the evidence given by military operative Sergeant Peniasi Kuli and assessors should only consider the fact that Kuli was working undercover during the period in question.."

We don't know where Toganivalu obtained his legal qualifications but what he's essentially suggesting is that THEY can cough up allegations, take you to court and then lock you up even without evidence.

Check it out for yourselves from last nights "censored" news:

Cowardly Fiji Military torture people and kick innocent people to death - and are let free!!!! Fiji patriots however 'allegedly' plot to kill the 'scum' destroying the nation and are found guilty!!!

The nation under this regime has become a joke. As for the totally compromised Fiji judiciary what can be said? Sadly, many more innocent people will have their rights removed by these coup supporting judicial parasites - these treasonous 'judges' must get the justice coming to them and hang!!

With the injustice system in Fiji being so concerned about rehabilitating prisoners, and following the example set by releasing goon murderers after 2 weeks, these poor chaps should be out of jail next week.
