Military Commander Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has told his soldiers to closely monitor the developments happening within the government.
Bainimarama was addressing the RFMF during the Commander’s Parade this morning.
Speaking in iTaukei Bainimarama said he doesn’t want them to be caught by surprise when some decisions are made by the government.
The commander further assured soldiers, that the Constituent Assembly will include the military and that the new constitution will contain the aspirations of the RFMF.
He says, these include the ideals that the military believe will bring prosperity to Fiji.
Bainimarama also saluted the service and hard work of some his men and women while awarding them medals.
