The Housing Authority of Fiji is optimistic that the Wainibuku lots in Nakasi, Nasinu will be ready by mid this year.
Authority’s Spokesperson – Dwain Qalovaki says development works have begun.
Qalovaki says a total of 261 residential lots will be available for sale targeting low and middle income earners.
Ultimately the whole aim of this subdivision is to provide affordable lots for all categories of lot buyers, we not only focusing on one particular segment, we focusing on all Fijians for that matter.
The price of lots will range from $20,000 onwards depending on the size of the lot.
