Tourism Fiji is on the lookout for a global media partner following the appointment of a global creative agency and social media shop last year.
The tourism body said it would prefer the successful network’s lead office to be based in Australasia with agencies in the key markets of America, New Zealand, China and Australia.
Tourism Fiji said an agency would be appointed based on its ability to recommend and implement strategies on both a global and country-by-country basis.
Expressions of interest and credentials must be sent to Tourism Fiji by March 8.
The request for interest follows the appointment of former Flight Centre executive Rick Hamilton as Tourism Fiji’s new chief executive.
In May last year New Zealand based agency Sparks Interactive was awarded the digital contract. The digital appointment was followed by the social media pitch in which Sydney-based agency Circul8 was victorious.
Once applications have been received a short-list of agencies will be invited to participate in the pitch.
Tourism Fiji said the expressions of interest need to detail company background, four case studies of global work, two global case studies from the office which is recommended as the lead and details of experience with the travel and airline industries.
For more details and to apply email Rick Hamilton at rhamilton@tourismfiji.com.fj
