The Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office, Colonel Pio Tikoduadua said the pamphlets being distributed in some villages by some chiefs and politicians may have some inciteful implications.
Colonel Tikoduadua said the pamphlets contain a lot of misleading information and he has already visited villages in Wainibuka and addressed a number of issues.
He said they already know that two chiefs and some politicians are involved.
Colonel Tikoduadua said people are smarter now and will not fall in the trap of these chiefs and politicians.
But he knows that this will not stop easily.
Meanwhile Police Chief of Operations, ACP Rusiate Tudravu said he does not have any information about this matter and cannot comment at this stage.
